Vegan Dining in Vegas: Where to Eat on Your Next Visit

Vegan Dining in Vegas: Where to Eat on Your Next Visit

Introduction

In March, we celebrated our 10th anniversary with a whirlwind trip to Las Vegas. Before any trip, scouting out vegan restaurants is always a priority for us. I did my homework and narrowed it down to nine promising spots. With Emma needing us back quickly, our trip was brief—just one night. We landed in the afternoon, enjoyed a night out, and returned home the following evening.

Despite the short stay, we tried two of the restaurants from my list. In this article, I’ll share our experiences with those two, along with my research on the other seven. Whether you’re visiting Vegas or a local looking for vegan dining options, check out these nine fantastic restaurants.

Terrace Point Café

Terrace Point Café, located inside the Wynn Hotel, is perfect for brunch and lunch.

We visited this delightful spot for a late morning brunch—because who doesn’t love to sleep in on vacation?

We tried their Vegan Huevos Rancheros, and it was amazing!

Nacho Daddy

Nacho Daddy, a standout from my research, is a haven for nacho lovers. While it’s not exclusively vegan, it offers a wide array of vegan options. The Vegan Taco and Vegan Fajitas, bursting with vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients, were the stars of our meal. They also offer a variety of customizable vegan salads. If you’re in the mood for some mouthwatering, plant-based Mexican cuisine in Vegas, Nacho Daddy is a must-try.

CATCH

CATCH, an LA-based restaurant that has found its way to Vegas, offers a dedicated vegan menu that stands out. One dish that particularly caught my eye during my research is their Vegan Pistachio Cheesecake, which has received rave reviews. This decadent dessert is known for its rich, creamy texture and delightful pistachio flavor.

Crossroads Kitchen

Chef Tal Ronnen created Crossroads Kitchen, the first and only vegan upscale dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Located in Resorts World Casino, it was the natural choice for our anniversary dinner. The ambiance was perfect for a special celebration, and the menu was impressive.

We indulged in their spaghetti carbonara and chestnut foie gras, both of which were exquisite. The flavors were rich and complex, making it a memorable dining experience. Although we considered trying the vegan caviar, we decided it might be a bit too indulgent for the night. Originally from LA, Crossroads Kitchen opened its Vegas branch in May 2022. If you’re looking for an exceptional vegan dining experience in Vegas, Crossroads Kitchen is a must-visit.

Din Tai Fung

Din Tai Fung, a Michelin-starred restaurant renowned for its Taiwanese cuisine, offers vegan options for practically every dish, making it a fantastic choice for vegan diners. One of their most popular and must-try dishes is their vegan wonton in a flavorful sauce, oddly referred to as a “spicy sauce.” The rich, savory flavors of this dish truly stand out.

Daikon Vegan Sushi

Daikon Vegan Sushi is a dream come true for sushi lovers looking for 100% vegan options. This was one spot I was eager to try during our Vegas trip, as I have a soft spot for sushi. Unfortunately, we just ran out of time. Their menu is incredibly diverse, ranging from traditional Miso Soup and stuffed jalapeno peppers to innovative dishes like tempura-fried king oyster mushrooms.

Daikon goes above and beyond in its creativity, crafting vegan sushi that delights both the eyes and the palate.
